This technique is called, more commonly, microneedling.

 

Technical principle

 

Radio Frequency (RF) can be delivered directly into the deep dermis using micro-needles.

These micro-needles do not penetrate the skin. They push it. Then, the energy is delivered at their peak by a flash of RF. Depth, Intensity and Duration are set. With the application of an anesthetic cream, the technique is almost painless.

 

Mode of action

 

The radiofrequency waves circulate between the needles and cause the heating of the deep dermis. The stimulated zone regenerated deeply, producing collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. The treated area will be completely re-modeled.

 

Indications

 

All parts of the body can be treated, even areas as sensitive as the lips and around the eyes. The indications are numerous:

​

• the rejuvenation of damaged skin (photo aging of the face, neck, décolleté, hands ...)

• skin slackening of the face (eyelids, jowls, ...) or body (arms, abdomen, ...)

• stretch marks, acne scars or others, ...

Session

 

It is necessary to apply anesthetic cream at 60, 30 minutes and just before the session. The area of ​​skin treated and reddened for 2 to 24 hours. Micro-crusts may persist for about 7 days. These lesions do not require social exclusion.

 

Three sessions are required spaced 3 to 4 weeks, followed by one every 6 months. In general, the effect of treatment can be seen clearly at the 3rd session. The skin will continue to improve until 3 months after this last session.
